Peterborough based property investment training company, Progressive Property, are this month tackling a World Record Attempt to give the longest team speech.
A team from the firm are hoping to break their own current record of 117 hours and 30 minutes, while raising money for Sue Ryder’s Thorpe Hall Hospice.
Headed up by Best Selling Author and ‘Disruptive Entrepreneur’ Rob Moore and his business partner Mark Homer, Progressive Property was born after the duo built a multi-million pound property business in 2006. Through education and mentoring, they now help thousands of hardworking people to achieve the same financial success and freedom that they discovered once they had mastered the art of property investing. Progressive Property hope to show even more people how accessible property investment is with their World Record Attempt.
This event will see the Progressive team deliver tried and tested investment and business advice worth over £70,000, from a range of experts in various fields, including the celebrated boxing legend, Frank Bruno and riches to rags mogul Gerald Ratner. A lucky few were able to snap up the limited number of live tickets that were available, and now thousands more are buying access to the live stream of the event for a small fee of £97+VAT - all of which is being donated directly to Sue Ryder.
Following 2015’s World Record Attempt and a donation for almost £120,000, A spokesman for Sue Ryder said: “Through the sale of tickets and donations from supporters Progressive Property raised enough money to pay for three hospice nurses for an entire year, plus 300 hours of support for patients’ families.”
Moderated by Guinness World Records, Rob, Mark and their team, will be delivering a constant, live speech running through the day and night and lasting over 120 hours from Friday July 29 to Wednesday August 3. The aim of which is to break the World Record for the longest ever team speech, which is currently held by Progressive Property at 117 hours and 30 minutes.
