Ale drinkers raised a glass to celebrate the opening of the Peterborough Beer Festival today.
The annual spectacular opened at the Embankment for trade today (Tuesday) and the main tent was packed with people trying to find the perfect pint.
The festival opens to the public tomorrow (Wednesday) with thousands expected to pack into the hall over the five day event.
This year there are more than 350 real ales, ciders and wines on offer to punters.
There is also live music throughout the festival, along with games and activities.
