Two more patients with coronavirus die at hospitals run by Peterborough health trust

Two more patients with coronavirus have died at hospitals run by the trust which covers Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital, NHS England have confirmed.

The number of patients with the disease who have died at hospitals run by North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust - which also includes Stamford and Rutland Hospital - now stands at 56.

However, the figures do not include those with the virus who have sadly died outside hospital.

In total, 12,396 patients with the disease in England have died in hospitals, an increase of 740 today. The increase included 91 deaths in the East of England.
