Resurfacing works leads to footpath closures at Ferry Meadows this week

Diversions are in place at Ferry Meadows this week due to footpath closures as Peterborough City Council complete resurfacing works.

The work commences today (October 19) and will last until Friday (October 23).

The affected areas are as follows:

October 19 - No access from Ham Bridge to Bluebell Bridge

October 20-21 - No access from Ham Bridge to Pontoon Bridge

October 22-23 No access from Pontoon Bridge to Milton Ferry Bridge.

The closures will be in place between 8am and 5pm each day, with signage displayed along the routes to remind park users.

The footpath works are the responsibility of Peterborough City Council, not Nene Park Trust. Anyone who has any concerns has been urged to contact the council directly.
