The fun run, featuring foam, water and four obstacles, will be at the Embankment on Saturday, 16 May.

Taking place over 1.5km, participants will be able to double their enjoyment, if they wish, and complete the circuit twice. Money raised will go to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

The inflatable obstacles are Treacherous Tunnels, through which people run and slide on their bellies; Dive to Victory, fences over or through which people take a running leap; Flume of Doom, a bouncing slide covered in foamy water and running down a slope; and Giant Ball Pit, an 8m (26ft) long pit with over 10,000 balls floating in water.

Family tickets, for two adults and two children, are £45 and tickets for teams of six adults or more are £14 per person.

Splash Out! has no official fundraising target, but we’d ask everyone to try raise a minimum £15 as registration fees just cover the cost of the event.

By doing so you’ll be helping EACH continue to provide specialist care and support for children with life-threatening conditions, and their families, across the region. Participants will set off in waves starting at 10.30am. Tickets are available at www.each.org.uk/splashout. Dive in!
