Haircuts4Homeless launched in July 2019, offering sessions once a month with volunteers giving up their time.
This even branched out to sessions for vulnerable women.
However, the group was forced to close at the start of March due to the Covid-19 lockdown.

Hide AdSharron Walker, who helped set up the project, said: “The Outside Links centre in Wellington Street, where we run our pop-up salon from, unfortunately could only allow a small amount of the service users in and for a limited time.
“But luckily we have now relaunched. Stewart (Roberts) the founder came here to set me up with all the personal protect equipment I need for myself, volunteers and clients.
“We still have to follow strict government guidelines and the centres rules, but at least we are back up and running again.
“Hopefully this will continue now on the first Monday of every month.”
Sessions are scheduled to run on Mondays between 11.30am and 1pm.
