The deals have been overseen by commercial agents Savills on behalf of Jubilee Industrial Investments.

Edward Gee, associate director at Savills Peterborough, said: “Despite ongoing uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic, small, mostly local, businesses have continued to actively look for space and the scheme has provided the ideal place for them to continue to thrive.

“Due to its strong credentials and flexible lease terms we expect to receive significant interest in the last remaining units.”

It is the second flurry of business property deals in Peterborough announced by Savills over the last two weeks.

The company announced last week that it had secured deal on three shops in the city centre.
