Cross Keys makes it to national finals

The residents board at Cross Keys Homes has won a regional award for the best practice in tenant participation.

Up against stiff competition from all housing associations in the region, the residents board was victorious in the central area category at the awards run by TPAS which is described as tenant engagement experts.

The board, which was established by Cross Keys, has just celebrated its first anniversary.

Cross Keys will now join the winners from the north and south regions in the national final in Warwickshire on July 14.
