Big thank you for long serving Peterborough care assistant

A long serving Peterborough care worker has been thanks for her incredible service over two decades.

Domestic Assistant, Margaret Marratt joined Park House, in Park Crescent, Peterborough in 2000 and has remained at the home ever since, supporting colleagues and residents with a rage of domestic services around the home. Park House provides high quality residential and nursing care to up to 52 people, many of whom live with dementia, and Margaret is part of the team that keeps the home running, caring for people with a range of needs.

Margaret was presented with a long service certificate, pin badge, flowers and gifts on behalf of the team and the wider Healthcare Homes Group. Home Manager Mungwaluku Mupatu, who is known by all as Mupatu, led the presentation, thanking Margaret for her years of dedication.

Mupatu said: “It was wonderful to gather with the entire team and some of our residents to thank Margaret for everything she has done, and continues to do for our home.

“She has seen so many changes here over the years, and is part of the core team managing the challenging conditions we currently work in. She has remained committed and dedicated to the home throughout and we’re extremely lucky to have her.

“I’d like to thank her for everything she has done for her our home and our residents and hope she is with us for many years to come.”
