LETTER: If Peterborough is to have long grass issues can we at least have flowers?
I wonder how many Peterborough citizens would be happy to see this instead of un-mown areas in our city and parks?
If the intention is to continue to neglect verges and parkland, how much more pleasing would this be?
I am sure the council could spare a few hundred pounds from its budget to pay for seeds.
This is Wrexham, and I understand many more towns and cities are doing this already.
It would improve the view of Bretton Park from my home immeasurably.
