North Bank near Whittlesey to remain closed all weekend due to flood risk
Due to potential flood risk North Bank will remain closed throughout the weekend Peterborough City Council has said.
The road was closed yesterday as well as twice last month by Peterborough City Council, which has confirmed today, Friday March 11, said that due to high water levels it will remain closed until at least Monday to alleviate the flood risk.
Traffic will be diverted via Whittlesey Road, The Causeway, A47, Paston Parkway, Parnwell Way, Oxney Road, Edgerley Drain Road, Storey’s Bar Road, Pearces Road, Northey Road and vice versa.
