North Bank between Peterborough and Whittlesey has been closed following a flood warning from the Environment Agency.
Peterborough City Council said the closure is between Bedford Cottages and Dog in a Doublet until further notice.
The warning follows heavy rain in Peterborough and Whittlesey.
The forecast if for more rain on Tuesday, but for it not to be as heavy as yesterday.
