Lovers of knitting can meet like-minded people at a library group which has recently formed.
Visitors to Whittlesey Library, in Market Street, can spend time alongside other people who share their passion.
The idea came about early into the year when a visitor to the library asked if there was a knitting group to take part in.
When informed there was not, it did not take long for the library to set one up.
The new group meetings have only been running for just over a month and has so far attracted around 10 members.
The group meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 10.30am to 11.30am.
The meeting is simply a drop-in for those who wish to be involved.
There is no need to book and is free for all to attend.
Whether you are an expert knitter or just starting out is irrelevant with anyone welcome to take part.
