New Co-op store in Eye, Peterborough set to open this week with golden ticket giveaway including 50' TV, coffee maker and gift vouchers

Central England Co-operative will be opening the doors to its brand new food store in Eye on Friday, April 15.

There will be a grand opening event at 9am at the front of store, with a golden ticket giveaway for 50 lucky customers, including a 50” Smart LED TV, Kenwood smoothie maker, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Co-operative gift vouchers and Truly Irresistible Fairtrade chocolate bars.

The Mayor of Peterborough, Councillor John Peach, and mayoress Janet Martin will officially open the food store.

The High Street store has created 21 new jobs and will provide a wide range of products and services for the local community. Fixtures and fittings include the latest in energy efficient refrigeration and LED lighting.
