A Peterborough amateur photographer is seeing his work displayed across major railways in the UK.
Chris Porsz, who features weekly in the Peterborough Telegraph through his ‘Paramedic Paparazzo’ column, is showcasing his work to commuters at stations including Waterloo, King’s Cross, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Leeds.
Eighty winning images were selected from over 500 entries to a competition run in Amateur Photographer magazine in March, inviting keen photographers to capture city life.
The gallery will also be displayed in major shopping destinations such as the Bullring in Birmingham.
Chris’ winning landscape photo was taken at Horse Guards, Whitehall, London and is entitled, “It Bites!”. His image will run across huge, landscape digital screens.
Chris (62) from Dogsthorpe said: “I think I waited an hour for the horse to smile but seeing my image being shared with the public made all the footslog worthwhile.”
