Man seriously injured after street stabbing in broad daylight

A man suffered serious injuries after being stabbed on a street in broad daylight.

Police and paramedics were called to Grammar School Walk in Huntingdon at 11.30am yesterday, Sunday July 31, to reports of a man being stabbed.

The man, who is in his 30s, suffered serious but not life threatening injuries and was treated by paramedics at the scene.

Officers believe two men made off from the scene.

One of the offenders is described as black, five foot eight inches tall, medium build and wearing a brown hat.

The other is described as white, about five foot 10 inches tall, medium build with short dark hair and wearing a black and white t-shirt.
