Visitors to Metal, Peterborough’s HQ in St Peter’s Road, enjoyed an evening of Spring Poetry as part of Lithuania’s yearly festival.
For the first time in Peterborough, the Lithuanian community celebrated the annual event, Spring Poetry, by hosting it at the art group’s base.
More than 20 people turned up to celebrate the occasion, enjoying a range of poetry from some talented poets.
A number of other events were held around the country to mark the festival, including in London, Canterbury and at the Lithuanian Embassy.
