Healthy Peterborough aims to help residents prevent and tackle common health problems.
The campaign will focus on what people can do to look after their mental health.
There are lots of things that can help, including managing stress and talking about any worries.
Peterborough and Fenland Mind’s CEO Emily Gray said: “We promote the Five Ways to Wellbeing which focuses on doing five things a day to keep yourself emotionally healthy in the same way eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day keeps you physically healthy.”
