Christmas trees can be taken to the Household Recycling Centre in Dogsthorpe, PE1 3TD.
It’s open seven days a week from 8am to 4pm, except on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. It will close at noon on Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Alternatively, if you pay for your brown bin to be emptied you can chop your tree up and place it in there.
