Emergency services have been tackling a fire at Peterborough's Fengate recycling centre this morning (Monday, July 2).

A message posted by Cambridgeshire Police on Twitter just after 5am this morning warned drivers in the area to be aware of the fire and possible delays and travel problems.

It said: “There is an industrial fire at The Recycling Centre, Fengate, Peterborough. Fire on scene at this time. For anyone travelling this morning, please be aware.”
