Have your say

Children in Peterborough and the surrounding areas have dressed as their favourite characters for World Book Day.

Pupils at several schools showed their love for Harry Potter, Spiderman and Where’s Wally when going into school today (Thursday March 5).

Youngsters from Werrington Primary, Highlees Primary and Winyates Primary were just some of those to get in the spirit of the day which is celebrated nationally.

Proud parents have also sent in some photos of their children all dressed up before going into school.

World Book Day, which is a celebration of literature, is celebrating its 18th year.
