Woman to appear in court over Peterborough bus crash
A woman is set to appear at Peterborough Magistrates Court today (Tuesday) in connection with causing a bus crash in Broadway in the city.
Yasmin Kauser (46) of Park Road, Peterborough has been summonsed to appear at the court to face a one count of driving without due care and attention after a bus crash in Peterborough city centre on Christmas Eve last year.
The single-decker No2 Stagecoach bus collided with a Kia car before crashing into a Guide Dogs regional office.
A total of 13 people were hurt in the crash, which caused delays and diversions for motorists and last minute Christmas shoppers. Fire and rescue crews had to cut two people out of the crashed car.
