Police investigating the death of a woman in a Fenland village have said it is non-suspicious.
A 51-year-old man was initially arrested on suspicion of murder after the police were called to an address in Murrow Bank, Murrow near Wisbech at 9.34pm on Monday, April 4, to reports of the sudden death of a woman.
But, following a post mortem examination carried out late yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, April 5), it has been concluded the death was non-suspicious.
The coroner will now look to establish the full circumstances concerning this woman’s death.
The 51-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released with no further action.
