Two men to appear in court following death of pizza delivery man in Peterborough

Two men are due to appear in court today (Wednesday, June 8) following the death of a pizza delivery man in Peterborough.

Mark Lintott (29) of Shrewsbury Avenue, Peterborough and Joel Lawson (25) of Goodhale Road, Norwich, will appear at Peterborough Crown Court for a pre-trial hearing at 10am.

They are both charged with manslaughter and robbery.

Ali Qasemi (45) was delivering pizzas when he was attacked in the early hours of May 8.

He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, but sadly died on May 10.
