Two arrested and a substantial amount of cannabis seized in Peterborough drugs bust

Two people have been arrested and a substantial amount of cannabis seized after a drugs bust in Peterborough this morning.

At 9am on Monday, May 14, the Community Action Team conducted a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at Guntons Road, Peterborough.

Some 86 cannabis plants were seized.

A man in his 50s and a woman in her 40s, both from Peterborough, were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the production of cannabis.
