Three charged with drink driving in Peterborough after being stopped over weekend

Three people have been charged with drink drive offences in Peterborough over the weekend.

Fitzroi Moore, 54, of Bringhurst, Orton Goldhay, was arrested in Oundle Road at about 9pm on Friday (7 February) after blowing 59 in a roadside breath test. He was later charged with failing to provide an evidential breath sample and has been bailed to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on 12 March.

Katerekwa Pafra, 49, of Paston Lane, was arrested at 7.20pm on Saturday (8 February) in Winyates, Orton Goldhay, following a collision. He blew 82 – more than twice the legal limit of 35. He has been charged with driving without a licence or insurance and then failing to provide an evidential breath sample. He has been bailed to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on 27 February.

Kacper Ciesluk, 28, of Chadburn, was arrested just before midnight on Saturday (8 February) in Chadburn, after giving a reading of 70 in a breath test. He has been charged with driving while over the legal alcohol limit and driving without insurance. He has been bailed to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on 27 February.
