Suspected illegal cigarettes hidden in freezer at Peterborough store as one man is arrested on suspicion of fraud
A man has been arrested on suspicion of fraud after good with £100,000 were seized in Peterborough.
On Thursday last week the police Community Action Team stopped a van, before visiting a business the following morning.
During the two days, the police team seized more than 100,000 suspected counterfeit and unpaid duty cigarettes and a quantity of illegally imported alcohol.

Hide AdSome of the cigarettes were even hidden in the bottom of a freezer.
A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of fraud at a business in Morley Way, Woodston on Friday. He has been released under investigation.
