The keys to a high performance sports car were stolen in a burglary before the car was stripped and dumped in Peterborough this morning.
Police found this black Subaru at the industrial estate in Alfric Square, Woodston, Peterborough this morning, Monday January 4, after thieves removed the wheels and left it on bricks.
It was discovered while officers were looking for another stolen vehicle.
It is believe that the keys to the car were stolen in a burglary overnight at a business premises in Market Street, Whittlesey.
The owners of the business were only made aware of both incidents when they were contacted about their car.
Also stolen were the keys to another vehicle, which has not been taken, and approximately £5,000 cash.
