A robber with with links to Peterborough has absconded from the prison where he was serving an 11-year sentence.
Police are now hunting for Andra Hoyland (31) who absconded from an open prison in Derbyshire last week.
Derbyshire Police say Hoyland has acquaintances in Peterborough but did not have any more information.
Hoyland, from Broughton, was sentenced at Northampton Crown Court in April 2012 to seven years and six months in prison for robbery and kidnap.
In February 2013, he was sentenced to a further four years for conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle.
Hoyland, who was part of a organised car crime gang, has links to Kettering and Peterborough.
He ran away from HMP Sudbury on Friday, March 20,
He is white, about 6ft, of medium build, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He has a tattoo of the Tasmanian Devil cartoon character on his right arm.
