Prolific Peterborough offender who was 'in hiding' from police found in his own loft

A prolific offender, wanted for multiple offences, has been sent back to prison after being caught by police hiding in his loft.

Andrew Harding, 36, of Myrtle Avenue, Peterborough, has been charged with four thefts from a shop, relating to the One Stop in Parnwell, and a theft from a motor vehicle.

He was arrested yesterday after police found him hiding in his loft and was immediately recalled to prison to appear before Peterborough magistrates today, Friday September 28.
