Police called to Peterborough Cathedral over '˜suspicious device'
Police were called to Peterborough Cathedral following reports of a youth with a 'suspicious device' within the cathedral grounds.
A post yesterday (Tuesday, March 1) on Facebook revealed that officers had been called to the city centre and confirmed the device to be a flare.
The police added: “Officers remain in the area dealing with the matter.”
