Police arrest man over intent to supply Class A drugs in Peterborough
Cambridgeshire police arrested a man on suspicion of possession with the intent to supply Class A drugs.
A SOCO (Scenes of Crime Officer) van was seen yesterday early afternoon at a premises in New Road, Peterborough.
A spokeswoman for the police confirmed that officers were at the scene near Saint Mary’s Church and that this was in relation to their investigation into the supply of drugs.
The arrested man, from Peterborough, was taken to Thorpe Wood Police Station.
He has been bailed to return to the station on June 23.
