As a result of the allegations, police applied for a court order to shut down the Babylon Restaurant and Shisha Lounge in Lincoln Road, with the court granting a three month closure in Januray.

Three 18-year-old men, a 27-year-old man and the 16-year-old boy were due to answer police bail today. A police spokeswoman said all five had now been released under investigation.
