Peterborough man charged with business burglaries, shoplifting and criminal damage
A Peterborough man was arrested late on Tuesday afternoon in connection with burglaries and thefts in the city.

Imran Ali (34) has since been charged with five counts of business burglaries, theft from a shop, criminal damage, threats to destroy property, threatening behaviour and possession of a Class A drug.
Ali, of Cromwell Road, Peterborough appeared at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday) and has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Crown Court on February 13.
