Peterborough man arrested after trying to conceal class A drugs from police
A Peterborough man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs after police observed him quickly disposing of a package in Eastfield.
Community Action Team officers observed a male on Tuesday afternoon (August 28) throw a package away having spotted officers in Alexandra Road.
Upon closure inspection the package contained 30+ wraps of Class A drugs.
A 25-year-old man from Peterborough was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
He has been bailed to return to Thorpe Wood Police Station on September 24.
