Men arrested after Peterborough police find ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ of stolen goods

Two men have been arrested following a drugs warrant in Eastfield which led to an ‘Aladdin’s cave’ of suspected stolen goods.

This morning officers carried out the warrant where they seized 24 suspected stolen bicycles, class A drugs, firearms including CS gas and a BB gun, £2,400 in cash and other suspected stolen items.

Two men, aged 18 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, possession of firearms and handling stolen goods.

They remain in custody at Thorpe Wood Police Station.
