Man killed in A1 crash near Peterborough
A man has died after a crash on the A1 at Water Newton last night (Thursday).
The man in his 40s was driving a blue Toyota Corolla that left the northbound carriageway and collided with a tree at around 9pm.
He suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone who saw the incident should contact police on 101 and ask to speak to a member of the Road Policing Unit.
