Man charged with ‘throwing urine’ over neighbour’s fence in Peterborough

A man from Peterborough has been charged with harassing his neighbour by throwing urine over their garden.

Kelvin Casey, 58, of Fletton Avenue, was arrested on Saturday (21 November) on suspicion of harassment.

He has since been charged with harassment, namely throwing numerous large containers of urine over his neighbour’s fence on multiple occasions between 11 October and 19 November.

He has been bailed to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on 8 January and has strict bail conditions not to be in contact with the victim.
