Jury start deliberations in Peterborough sex abuse case

The jury have started considering verdicts in relation to two Peterborough men charged with a number of sex offences against young girls.

Mohammed Khubaib and Manase Motaung have been standing trial at the Old Bailey since February.

Khubaib (43), of Cambridge Avenue, Peterborough, denies nine counts of trafficking for sexual exploitation, and one count of raping a 14-year-old girl.

Motaung (32) of Grange Road, Peterborough, denies seven counts of trafficking a child for sexual exploitation and one charge of rape.

The jury started their deliberations today at the London court.
