A man charged with ill treating three patients at a Peterborough care home has been cleared of all counts against him.

Benjamin Appiah (36) of Sandford, Peterborough, was on trial charged with three counts of carer ill treat/neglect a person without capacity at Peterborough Crown Court.

However shortly after the trial was opened, three not guilty verdicts were recorded against him.
