Firearms officers make arrest after armed robbery at Peterborough shop
Firearms officers arrested a man following an armed robbery in the early hours of yesterday morning.
A 38-year-old man was arrested in Eastern Avenue last night, Wednesday August 29, in connection with an armed robbery at the Spar shop in Welland Road in the early hours of yesterday morning.
He is currently in custody at Thorpe Wood Police Station.
