A documentary looking at the crimes of one of Peterborough’s most notorious killers will be broadcast tonight (Tuesday).

The show, called ‘Meet the Psychopaths’ will focus on a number of criminals, including Joanne Dennehy.

Dennehy, who lived in Bifield, Peterborough was told she would never be released from prison after admitting murdering three men.

She stabbed Kevin Lee, Lukasz Slaboszewski and John Chapman in March 2013, when she was aged just 30.

She then dumped the bodies in ditches in countryside on the outskirts of Peterborough. Whilst on the run she stabbed two men in Hereford. The two men survived the frenzied attacks, but with serious injuries.

The documentary will include reconstructions, and interviews with witnesses and detectives who worked to bring Dennehy and her three accomplices to justice.

It will be broadcast at 9pm on Channel 5.
