Monday 10.45am: Jurors have started their deliberations in the case of four teenagers charged with murdering Peterborough man Michael Green.

The jury, sitting at Cambridge Crown Court, started their discussions on Friday afternoon.

There are four defendants, two boys and one girl aged 17 and a boy aged 16.

All deny murder and grievous bodily harm.

The girl also denies a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice relating to claims she tried to make a witness change her evidence before the trial.

Mr Green’s body was found in an underpass in Tyesdale, Bretton in the early hours of 28 May 2014.

The 23-year-old, from Muskham, Bretton had suffered head injuries.

The trial continues.
