Cyclist injured elderly woman on Peterborough footpath before ignoring police and riding off

Police are keen to speak to this man after an elderly woman was injured by a cyclist on a Peterborough footpath.

The collision happened in Oundle Road on Saturday March 18 as the 72-year-old woman walked on a footpath.

The male cyclist initially stopped but then rode off without leaving his details and ignoring a nearby police officer. The woman suffered minor injuries and was upset and shaken.
