A man was banned from driving for three years after being caught drink driving for the second time.

Aaron Wright (26) of Cherry Road, Wisbech, was seen driving his car along Brook Street in Peterborough city centre on 16 October 2014,

He was stopped by police, and arrested, and gave a reading of 54mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - over the 35mg limit.

Peterborough Magistrates Court heard he had only moved the car 300 yards, but also had a previous conviction for drink driving in 2012.

He pleaded guilty to driving above the alcohol limit last Monday (19 January).

Along with the ban, he was fined £350, and ordered to pay costs of £135 and a £35 surcharge.
