The Samovar urn, believed to be worth in excess of £6,000, was stolen from Nigel Rhodes Fine Art store on High Street St Martin’s. The theft happened on Thursday, January 28, but police have only just released the information.

It is believed the unique solid silver 18th century urn was taken while offenders distracted a member of staff at the store.
