A Cambridgeshire police officer has been sacked after pleading guilty to a number of sex offences.

Chief Constable Simon Parr dismissed former sergeant Nick Lidstone on the grounds of gross misconduct after he admitted 13 serious sexual offences in November.

He is due to be sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on 22 December.
