BREAKING: Police at scene of serious incident at Peterborough shopping centre
Police are at the scene of an incident at Rivergate Arcade in Peterborough City Centre this afternoon, Tuesday January 17.
Details of a serious incident are still emerging however our reporter at the scene has witnessed blood on the floor of the arcade and there are reports of a serious assault.
