Boys arrested in Peterborough on suspicion of burglary after foot chase

Three boys have been arrested in Peterborough on suspicion of burgling a home and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.

The boys were arrested in Dundee Court, Orton Northgate, at around 3am on Saturday morning after a foot chase with officers.

A Cambridgeshire police spokeswoman said: “Two 14-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy have been released on bail until February 28.

“The investigation is ongoing.”
