The incident happened at about 2.30am on Friday (January 6) in the High Street when four men wearing dark clothes and balaclavas used a teleporter to break through the wall of a bank in an attempt to remove the cash machine.

The men left the ATM, teleporter and a Range Rover at the scene and made off empty handed in a 4x4 vehicle in the direction of St Neots.
